Good As You provided a heads-up Oct. 6 that Concerned Women for America spokesman Robert Knight was to appear on CNN’s Paula Zahn NOW program that evening, to condemn the trend of youths identifying themselves as same-sex-attracted at earlier ages.
But a transcript for the program suggests that the gay-youth segment may have been pre-empted by news of the New York terror alert.
Anyone with additional information about the planned segment is invited to come forward.
I happened to catch it late last night, not intentionally, but Zahn had on Robert Knight from CWA. It was a pretty brief piece, nothing new from either side. The thing I walked away with was that the culture is becoming more accepting despite what the wing-nuts have to say about this. I also had the gut feeling that people should just let others be who they are.
But then again, this was just before I turned off the TV and went to bed.
