Lesbian Health Organization Speaks Up Against Throckmorton Reappointment

Pro-gay groups have been mostly silent on Throckmorton’s reappointment to Magellan Healthcare’s board. [correct me if I'm wrong, I can only read so many sites] One group has finally spoken up, The Mautner Project, a national lesbian health organization. Coverage here at 365gay.com.

Well it’s been about a week now since I both called and emailed Magellan. And, gosh, they just haven’t had the time yet to respond. Not even the standard form letter.
I guess I just don’t fit the profile they’re marketing to.
I suppose it does make sense, from a business point of view, to make sure you stay on good terms with the ultra-right; especially if you are providing mental health services. You don’t want to drive away your client base.
