The Celebrity Big Brother contestant was accused of waging a month-long harassment campaign against his former boyfriend Jason Peters.
Commenter Norm points out below, and a Google search (mostly) confirms, that Jason Peters is not ex-gay.

I assume the article means ex-‘gay lover’ not ‘ex-gay’ lover.
